What To Expect At Cobblestone Counselling

All of our healthcare services are regulated healthcare professions in the Province of Ontario, including standards for rates, best practices of care, and booking policies. We believe in the ROI of therapy, and that means fair rates as well as reasonable policies to ensure your success.

The cost of a therapy session depends on a variety of factors. These typically include the category of the session, what you are looking to work on, and the therapist.

We offer sessions BOTH in-person and online video!

Our goal is to give you the BEST Healthcare for YOU! At Cobblestone, we believe in the team, multidisciplinary approach for all of our patients.  We know that one healthcare provider cannot solve everything in one visit – even though we are pretty awesome! During your initial visit with us, we may recommend a fellow Cobblestone Colleague to assist with your treatment plan.

Compatibility Matching: Our clinic is unique in that we will match you with a therapist that will best fit your needs. If you find that your therapist or healthcare provider isn’t quite the right fit, your initial session with another therapist is complimentary at no charge!

Complimentary Meet & Greets: Prior to booking an initial session, you can schedule a free 15-30minute appointment with any of our therapists to determine the best fit for you.

Benefits Coverage: Our services are often covered by your health care benefits. For most insurance companies, we may be able to direct bill for you.  Please check your insurance coverage and compatibility before booking with us. We accept a wide range of insurance plans to make our services more accessible to our patients. 

If you do not have insurance coverage or your specific carrier does not allow Direct Billing, we will collect payment at the time of your appointment and provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance provider.  Please note every company and insurance coverage is unique to each individual.

Methods of Payment: In-clinic payment can be made by debit, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), or cash. If you are seeing a therapist over video or phone, payment must be made by credit card through our secure payment system or via Interac e-transfer.

Cancellation Policy: A full 24-48 hours notice is required to cancel a session. A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice is subject to a cancellation fee.

Virtual Therapy and Online Sessions: Available for most therapy program at Cobblestone Medicine and Rehab Centres!
